From the first meeting to go-live and long after launch.

Let's talk

Why Odoo

More than ERP.
A unified business platform.

Most business software solves one problem. Odoo solves the integration problem between them. CRM, sales, inventory, accounting, e-commerce, manufacturing and operations all run on the same platform and shared data model. Every module communicates natively with the rest of the system. No disconnected tools. No syncing data across multiple systems. No separate environments for every department. For growing businesses, that means less time spent managing software and more time spent running the business.

Enterprise-ready infrastructure

Odoo.sh cloud infrastructure with 99.9% SLA uptime, zero-downtime upgrades, and daily backups across multiple datacenters.

Modern, not legacy

Cloud-native. API-first. Mobile-ready. Built on a modern architecture designed to evolve over time.

One platform, many capabilities

CRM, sales, inventory, accounting, POS, e-commerce, manufacturing, and operations - all running on the same shared platform and data model.

Built to extend

Open architecture. Our in-house engineering team builds custom modules around the way your business operates, not the other way around.

What we do

End-to-end Odoo.

Not just implementation.

From first assessment to long-term support, we handle the full lifecycle of your Odoo environment.
The same engineering team stays involved from planning and implementation to post-go-live operations and continuous improvement.

Implementation

New Odoo Enterprise deployments for businesses replacing disconnected tools, spreadsheets, or legacy ERP systems.

We handle the full implementation lifecycle, including business analysis, system configuration, data migration, user training, testing, and structured go-live support. Every project is documented through our delivery methodology with clear ownership, decision tracking and staged validation before launch.

The goal is not simply to install software, but to build an operational foundation your business can continue scaling on for years.

Custom modules

Odoo is designed to be extended.

Our engineering team develops custom modules around the workflows, approvals, reporting requirements, and operational processes unique to your business. Instead of forcing teams to adapt around software limitations, we adapt the platform around the way your business actually works.

Every module is documented, maintainable, and supported long-term by the same team that built it.

Integrations

Odoo connected with the rest of your operational ecosystem.

We integrate e-commerce platforms, POS systems, warehouses, banking infrastructure, logistics providers, third-party APIs and internal applications into a single operational environment. Our integration architecture is designed for long-term maintainability, so new systems and workflows can be added without rebuilding everything underneath.

The result is fewer disconnected processes, less manual work and more reliable operational visibility across the business.

Migrations & upgrades

Operational continuity matters during change.

We manage migrations from legacy ERP platforms, spreadsheets and Odoo Community environments into fully supported Odoo Enterprise deployments. Upgrades on Odoo.sh infrastructure are planned with structured validation, rollback planning and minimal operational disruption.

The goal is to move the business forward without interrupting the operations that already keep it running.

Greek compliance

Full myData/ΑΑΔΕ compliance through our proprietary Greek Localization Suite, developed and maintained in-house.

The suite supports VAT workflows, Intrastat, provider integrations and Greek market operational requirements on top of Odoo Enterprise. Running in production, it already supports high-volume retail and multi-entity business environments.

Compliance becomes part of the platform itself, not a separate workaround layered on top.

Post go-live support

Most implementation partners disappear after launch. Our work usually becomes more valuable once the system is already live.

We provide SLA-backed support, deployment reviews, continuous improvements, version planning, and long-term operational support from the same team that delivered the original implementation. The focus is not only solving issues quickly, but helping the platform evolve as the business grows.

With you before, during, and after go-live.

Five ways in. One partner the whole way.

Every business starts from a different place. Pick the entry point that matches where you are — most clients begin with one and grow into the next.

Included as part of our Odoo delivery and maintained by the same engineering team supporting your implementation.

How we work

The OPA Framework
applied to every Odoo engagement.

Observe

Understand before proposing

Structured discovery across every department. Business analysis, process mapping, and system audits before any solution is proposed. Every Odoo engagement starts with hours of listening, not hours of presenting.

Duration: 1-3 weeks

Plan

Design before building

Solution Design Document agreed before implementation begins. Module selection, integrations, migration planning, timelines, and change management all aligned before implementation begins.
Duration: 2-4 weeks
Act

Implement, test, deliver, and stay

Sprint-based implementation with continuous client involvement from testing to go-live and long-term support.
The same team stays involved before, during, and after go-live.
Duration: 8-20+ weeks depending on scope

The modules we implement

Our Odoo implementations cover the operational core of your business, with enterprise-grade delivery and custom in-house modules where standard Odoo falls short.

Let's Talk

Questions we hear from serious Odoo buyers.

Most Odoo implementations run between 3 and 6 months, depending on
scope. Finance-only deployments can go live in 8-12 weeks, while
larger multi-module environments with custom development typically
require 16-24 weeks. More complex enterprise operations can extend
further. We provide realistic timelines during the Observe phase -

not during sales conversations.

Yes. Our proprietary Greek Localization Suite includes full
myData/ΑΑΔΕ compliance for Odoo Enterprise, covering invoices,
receipts, VAT, Intrastat and transaction reporting. Running in
production since 2025 across multi-location retail environments and

included in every implementation we deliver.

Yes. We migrate businesses from legacy ERP systems, accounting
software, spreadsheet-based operations, and previous Odoo versions.
Migration planning is part of our Plan phase, including data quality
assessments, mapping documentation, validation testing and pilot

migrations before go-live.

Costs vary depending on modules, operational complexity, custom
development, integrations, and migration requirements. We don't sell
fixed packages or generic scopes. Every engagement is scoped during
the Observe phase and priced transparently with phased delivery.
Odoo Enterprise licenses are billed separately by Odoo SA.
We focus exclusively on Odoo Enterprise. Community Edition lacks the operational features, scalability, and Greek compliance integration our clients require. Every implementation we deliver is on Odoo Enterprise via Odoo.sh.
Yes. Neurons Tech is an official Odoo Partner and works directly
with Odoo SA for licensing, platform updates, and roadmap
coordination.
Our Greek Localization Suite currently focuses on accounting,
invoicing, myData/ΑΑΔΕ compliance, and operational workflows. Greek
payroll and ΕΦΚΑ integrations are typically handled through
specialized third-party systems.

Let's explore the right setup.

Some businesses need a cleaner implementation. Others need deeper operational customization, integrations, or custom modules around the way they already work. We help teams identify the right Odoo architecture before implementation begins.
